Margarita and Michalis hereby exclusivly invite You to participate in a impulsively decided special event, a combination of movements, awareness, and soundhealing. Ingrid Margarita and Singing bowl player Michalis Maroulakis will combine their super powers for this deeply balancing and restoring session for the 7 chakras.
Surfing on the waves of the mystical Himalayan singingbowls, surrender youself to the positive vibrations and let Michalis and Ingrid Margarita take You on a journey to mystical far away places and deep, deep into yourself and far above your everyday worries. When you come back you will have the ability to deal easily with the everyday situations from the perspective of integration and acceptance. Subtle tunings to the main energy centers. In this session we will integrate the etheric body as a whole and inseparable system, which has a direct impact to our physical experiences. Starting from the root energy we will climb through the elements, reaching the celestial realms through deep restorative asanas, pranayama breathing and sounds and vibrations from the singing bowls and other instruments, which will support our ascending journey. ______________________________________________ - Tibetan Singing Bowls, a 80 cm gongdrum and some other instruments - Awareness movements - The 7 chakra system - some stardust plus the ever happy presence of Ingrid Margarita and Michalis ______________________________________________ The intention for this gathering is to combine these ingredients into a flowing experience with the aim to balance, restore and deeply relax. Together with You, Ingrid Margarita and Michalis will create a sacred space in which they take you on a sound journey through all the 7 chakras, and guide you into awareness that accompany the sound healing. Michalis will go from person to person and place the bowls upon the body for each chakra. The bowls will be played in different ways, resulting in different resonation, tones and vibrations. Even when the bowls are placed on someone else’s body, you will benefit from the deep meditative effect of the sound, vibrations and group energy. About Michalis, Montana Sound Healing Michalis travels extended both professionally as an International Alpine Tour-leader, leading groups on outrageous adventures and personally on journeys inwards. Annually Michalis spends in 8, 10 sometimes even 16 countries. On his journeys in Asia he fell in love with Nepal. In Nepal he has learned about singing bowls through Chaitanyashree, the founder of Divineloveshower.org and Kundalini Sound & Herbal Therapy Center in Kathmandu. As a pupil of Chaitanyashree, Michalis has received lessons in singing-bowl-meditation and performed many events in Kathmandu. Despite the weight, a singing bowl always accompanies Michalis on his trips. Around the globe Michalis gives singing bowl meditation and healing sessions to relax and balance the chakras. Often those are in combination with yoga or other forms of meditation. During a session instruments can be used such as: Tingsha bells from Tibet, Rainsticks from Central America, Rice shakers from India, a big ass gongdrum from Pakistan, a Ocean drum from the USA and of course Singing bowls from Tibet. Currently Michalis is a few weeks in Greece, he just leaded a trekking group on the E4 at the South coast of Chania and now roams Greece, to meet up with old friends and make new ones. The coming days Michalis will organize several collective soundhealing sessions held in combination with various yoga classes and meditations acros Greece. Individual sessions with Michalis
Apart from the collective sound healings like this gathering, Michalis is available for individual soundhealings and massage. During an individual session Michalis will counsel your needs and give You a tailor made soundhealing. We will work on all the chakras in order to get them back in balance. Some Reiki and a little head massage will be blended in for the magic. Normal individual session will take round 75 minutes. Michalis holds a level 2 in Reiki and his golden hands have a long history. Apart from a sound healing, Michalis is also available for a wide arrange of massage. Additional a longer massage can be made as well. The style of massage can be adjusted upon the clients needs. About Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Yin Yoga offers a much deeper access to the body.
