Long Sudarshan Kriya​

You are warmly invited to enjoy the Long Sudarshan Kriya 
 
It has been some time since there was a long Kriya so we will have
a refresher before hand to make sure everyone remembers the
counting and position of the hands etc.
​
 It is only for people how have done the training before.

In order to prepare for the Kriya it’s best not to eat some three hours
before hand and try and avoid coffee and tea on Monday and drink                                            
plenty of water.
 
Looking forward so much to getting together for this beautiful experience.

The programs will take place at the Orizon Center at Akrimios that can be found near the 11 km on the National Road between Rethymno & Chania, Crete, opposite the turn to Aptera.
