7-day seminar program
(Sep 24 - Oct 1, 2014) Let it be is about healing feelings and emotions. We can achieve that when we find a space in us, in our heart where we can embrace what is without judging or suppressing. In order to experience this, I put a special program together where we can find the root of the problem and transform it through meditation, energy work, dance, painting and consciousness-raising activities. We do meditative journeys to our inner world as well as special places on our beautiful island of Crete. By the end of the seminar you might feel that you are an unlimited being which is able to handle the emotions and feelings like a good mother with her children - with lots of love in a playful and creative way. - You will be guided through the 7 magical days by transformative healer Ingrid Margarita to realize your deep forces, free yourself and discover your creative side. - You will learn the Hawaiian meditation movement with our "Flying " teacher & bodywork therapist Susanne Schwing. With our feet on the earth, we open our heart and fly. - You will get hands-on experience and paint the result of your healing journey guided by your soul and Sabella Sabine Schumacher, artisan & spiritual painter. Location: The seminar will primarily take place at the Orizon Center at Akrimios that can be found near the 11 km on the National Road between Rethymno & Chania, Crete, opposite the turn to Aptera. As part of our program we will take you to discover sacred places on the island of Crete. Cost: The 7-day seminar program is part of a retreat with international visitors. For the people on Crete the cost of the seminar will be 280 euro per person. Cost is for seminar and excursions only, excluding food and accommodation. We will provide lunch and drinks all day (coffee & refreshments) at a cost of 15 euro per day during the seminar. Accommodation is also available upon request. Biological Cretan Farm
Experience a Traditional Biological Cretan Farm
Approximately 1.5km from Akrimios, set in a valley overlooking the snowy Lefka Ori Mountains is the Kokotsakis Family Farm. Generations have lived on this land raising sheep and making cheese, growing grapes and making wine, growing olives and making olive oil, growing and harvesting lemons, oranges and a variety of vegetables.
Petros Kokotsaki manages the farm and continues in the traditional ways. Coaxing the earth to produce the healthy, biological, organic food that the family and the patrons of Akrimios enjoy throughout the year.
Guided tours of the farm may be available upon request and demonstrations of the harvest and wine and cheese making may be part of the guest experience, depending on the time of year. More about our farm >>
