Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness and is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions. It is an ancient form of yoga which is dynamic and transformative.

Kundalini yoga brings together postures, breathing, chanting and meditation.
Its focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. The fundamental objective is to awaken the power of the individual to excel - to experience their Infinity and fulfill their personal destiny.

If you would like to experience this wonderful practice Vicky Donnelly will teach classes at the Orizon Center (Akrimios) every Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:30.

Location:
The programs will take place at the Orizon Center at Akrimios that can be found near the 11 km on the National Road between Rethymno & Chania, Crete, opposite the turn to Aptera.

Program costs: 
30 euros a month for four consecutive classes or 10 euro for a drop in class.
