Now you can learn the basics and healing skills in a 5-days course to benefit beginners and practitioners alike. There will be also space to relax and regenerate in our place Akrimos close by the sea. Your body will be nourished with local and organic products and meals, freshly made with love in our kitchen. Course: You will learn the 7 principles of the Huna Philosophy and connect with nature elements through movement meditation. We will make streatching & breathing practices, Q-Gong exercises, and slowly move into the steps of the’ Flying’. You will experience the spiritual healing energy of the Hula dance and learn the light hence amazingly deep touch of the Kahi Loa healing system, and finally the graceful, deep phisycal oil-massage of Lomi Lomi Nui. About Susanne Schwing: The course is taught by Susanne Schwing, who has been practicing ‘Light work’ and Hawaiian bodywork for 15 years.
