Easter retreat with Ingrid Margarita, Ildiko Berecz & Maria van den Dool
28th April - 4th May, 2016
at Orizon Center for Life & Creation on Crete

Allow yourself in the special light of Crete, through the special gift of the island and her strength vibrating out. Establish a connectedness to your truth in your present time. We will make traditional and alternative preparations and celebrate Easter together.

​We welcome you to experience Crete and yourself in your new flowering, in your conscious creation. Nourishing the body and soul, we create possibilities for getting conscious about your life. Through very effective techniques, lots of energy work, we make a journey from cleaning to fulfilment. We experience transformative healing through special sacred places and journeys to your inner landscape.

The seminar is designed that you can we join us on any days you like. Our retreat residents will be happy to mingle with you! Programme outline:

Thu 28 April from 17.00 - 21.00 
After o​​pening​ ​the evening​ ​with​ ​guitar​ ​music,​ ​we will have an​ ​introduction​ ​circle and special meditation​ ​together. Maria will teach us how to make vegetable sushi. We will roll them all together and then enjoy eating this wonderful healthy dinner​ ​while share our current outlook for a new beginning.
Cost​ ​15 euro (food included)

Fri 29 April from 10.00 -18.00   
On this​ ​Herbs & Detoxing​ ​day Ildiko will outline various areas to look at when considering health and cleansing. Again we will surprise ourselves with a delicious raw food lunch. After the morning session at Orizon Center, we go on​ ​a trip to the Five Virgins,​ ​will meditate, walk, meet and​ ​pick wild greens on our meditative journey.
Easy walking but please bring good shoes!

Sat 30 April from 10.00 - 18.00
Ingrid is preparing some special exercises for the Harvest for your Soul​ ​day at pre-Easter. We​ ​will​ go ​down to the​ ​small white chapel​ ​at the beach, exercises for presence and allowance,​ ​do​ ​meditation​ ​and​ ​have a​ ​picni​​c​ ​with​ ​more colourful and nourishing raw foods.
Please bring good shoes, as well as​ ​swimming suit & towel. If the weather permits we might jump in the sea!

In the afternoon we will return to the seminar room to bring in the beautiful aroma of pure essential oils. Ildiko will guide us to understand and interpret the subtle messages the etheric plant essences have to offer.

In this perfectly calm atmosphere Maria will present us with a mini thai massage workshop ​​where we give a nice treat to our feet and while learning the indulging practices.

As an option to continue the day with us after 18.00​ ​we make​ ​adorning candles for the evening. We leave​ ​from Orizon​ ​Center​ at​ ​23.45​ ​pm​ ​​to go up to the​ ​church​ ​in Aptera​ ​for the celebration with​ ​a huge​ ​bonfire at midnight.

Sun 1 May from 11: 00 - 18.00 
Take it easy we start later on Monday,​ ​we gather​ ​at the seminar room​ ​and find a way to reveal​ ​the purpose of your life.
As celebration​ ​for​ ​the new beginning, we join the Kokotsakis family and ​warmhearted locals​ ​to ​have fun and ​traditional​ Cretan food, music & dance at Akrimios.​ ​​Enjoy the hospitality, the beautiful sea view and open up for new friendships on an unforgettable day with grilling around the pool-bar!

Mon 2 May from 10:00 - 18.00
This will be a heart-opening journey through the beautiful landscape of Crete. We go​ ​deep into the mountains​ ​and might even reach out to the South cost. Be prepared for a refreshing splash, bring walking chose as weell as swimming suit and towels! (Please note the arrival time back to Orizon Center in the evening might be later than planned, depending our mood to discover more as we go...)

Tue 3 May from 10:00 - 18.00 
To get to ​k​now more about the wild herbs of Crete, and how truly therapeutic essential oils are made, we will visit the essential oil distillery in the mountain village of Kallikratis​ ​in Sfakia. A place both visually breathtaking and energetically calming we will ​also ​have a chance to just enjoy the area, ​sip some malotira tea or organic coffee at the botanical shop and kafenion up there.  
Cost​ ​35​ ​Eur, plus lunch in taverna for own costs. Or you can bring your own lunch.

Wed 4 May from 10:00 - 1800
Back in the seminar room, we will learn about the synergistic aspects of clean food for our body, mind & soul. We will have a close look at each area separately and how they influence each other.
In the afternoon we will have another mini thai massage workshop, this time with​ ​full body stretches. With our refreshed and invigorated true selves, we walk down again for a closing ceremony by the chapel on the beach.

The above list is the plan for our journey, where activities might be re-arranged to follow the flow of Cretan Life.

Other optional activities may include:

About the teachers

Ingrid Margarita - Transformative Healer, Founder of Orizon Center

Ingrid Margarita is a transformative healer, therapist, and founder of Orizon Center. She was born in Austria and came to Crete in 1979 in search of life’s deeper meaning. Involved with spiritual healing and teachings all her life, she trained herself in many areas, while traditional Cretan lifestyle and a rather different cultural context pushed her into countless situations to go through the practicalities of real-life experiences. As a practitioner of transformative quantum energy healing and Earth-healing, Ingrid Margarita helps transform blocked energies which can manifest in the emotional, mental and/or physical pain. Maria van den Dool - Thai Massage Practitioner

Maria van den Dool offers meticulous individual sessions and fun workshops at Orizon centre. Her liberating touch is thorough, revitalizing and customized to each person's body. She combines different styles of massage, such as Thai massages and Deep Tissue techniques with her intuition. Besides massage Maria gives soul sessions, for insight and personal growth. She has had her own practice in the Netherlands since 2010. She facilitated workshops for personal development & consciousness as well as several retreats throughout Europe and the USA. Maria's practice is now based in Crete, where she lives permanently. Maria was educated as a Waldorff school teacher. She worked for several years in primary schools, until she committed to an even greater longing: to live an 'outdoor life', close to her joys and activities she loves: to work the land permaculture-wise, to sculpt, and to give workshops and sessions on a regular basis.
