Gestalt, Family Constellations & Rebirthingwith Louise Bloemen
Saturday & Sunday April 1st & 2nd, 10.45 am - 6 pm at Orizon Center for Life & Creation Louise Bloemen is a holistic psychotherapist & Gestalt teacher for over 40 years, who studied with Walter Kempler. Louise will use the method of the Gestalt creator, Fritz Perls.
Through the Gestalt method we can transform any troubled relationship into harmony and compassion by using the procedure of the "empty chair". Louise uses the transpersonal Higher-Self as eternal guide through all incarnations. She emphasises that in all incarnations relationships are the most important "school-work". Family-constellation, based on the method of Bert Hellinger, is originally a "child" of Gestalt and different forms of psycho-drama. In family constellation the members of the group are invited to represent the family-members of the person who asks for the constellation. Rebirthing is developed by Leonard Orr out of old yogi-practices. Through intense ongoing breathing, the conditions of ‘hyperventilation’ are created by the chemical reaction of the blood and this opens up deeper layers of consciousness. This creates an outlet to blocked emotions, past images and eventually past life-traumas what can be integrated and healed so that the person experiences more inner freedom. Τα εργαστήρια γίνονται από τη Louise Bloemen, ολιστική ψυχοθεραπεύτρια και δασκάλα της Γκεστάλτ για περισσότερο από 40 χρόνια , μαθήτρια του Walter Kempler. Η Louise θα χρησιμοποιήσει τη μέθοδο του δημιουργού της γκεστάλτ, Fritz Perls. Οι μαθητές θα πάρουν πιστοποιητικό παρακολούθησης. Με τη μέθοδο γκεστάλτ μπορούμε να μεταμορφώσουμε κάθε δύσκολη σχέση σε αρμονία και ενσυναίσθηση χρησιμοποιώντας την τεχνική της «άδειας καρέκλας». Η Λουίζ χρησιμοποιεί τον υπερπροσωπικό Ανώτερο-Εαυτό σαν οδηγό. Δίνει έμφαση στο ότι σε όλες τις ενσαρκώσεις μας, οι σχέσεις μας είναι το πιο σημαντικό «σχολείο». Η συστημική αναπαράσταση, βασισμένη στη μέθοδο του Bert Hellinger είναι «παιδί» της γκεστάλτ και διαφόρων μορφών ψυχοδράματος. Στη συστημική αναπαράσταση τα μέλη της ομάδας καλούνται να αναπαραστήσουν τα μέλη της οικογένειας του ατόμου που ζητάει την αναπαράσταση. Η τεχνική του rebirthing δημιουργήθηκε από τον Leonard Orr από παραδοσιακές τεχνικές των γιόγκι. Μέσω της έντονης και συνεχόμενης αναπνοής, συνθήκες υπεροξυγόνωσης δημιουργούνται από τις χημικές αντιδράσεις στο αίμα και αυτό ανοίγει το άτομο σε βαθύτερα επίπεδα συνείδησης. Απελευθερώνονται έτσι μπλοκαρισμένα συναισθήματα, εικόνες από το παρελθόν και τραύματα από προηγούμενες ζωές, που μπορούν να επεξεργαστούν , να αφομοιωθούν και να θεραπευτούν, και έτσι το άτομο να έχει περισσότερη εσωτερική ελευθερία. |
