Gestalt, Family Constellations & Rebirthingwith Louise Bloemen
Sunday, 14th, 21st & 28th of January 2018 11:00 am - 18:00 pm at Joelle's Yurt Paidochori Louise Bloemen is a holistic psychotherapist & Gestalt teacher for over 40 years, who studied with Walter Kempler. Louise will use the method of the Gestalt creator, Fritz Perls.
Through the Gestalt method we can transform any troubled relationship into harmony and compassion by using the procedure of the "empty chair". Louise uses the transpersonal Higher-Self as eternal guide through all incarnations. She emphasises that in all incarnations relationships are the most important "school-work". Family-constellation, based on the method of Bert Hellinger, is originally a "child" of Gestalt and different forms of psycho-drama. In family constellation the members of the group are invited to represent the family-members of the person who asks for the constellation. Rebirthing is developed by Leonard Orr out of old yogi-practices. Through intense ongoing breathing, the conditions of ‘hyperventilation’ are created by the chemical reaction of the blood and this opens up deeper layers of consciousness. This creates an outlet to blocked emotions, past images and eventually past life-traumas what can be integrated and healed so that the person experiences more inner freedom.
