This monthly dance meditation is a present to everybody who likes to be moved by music and sound. It will be dance and meditation music from all over the world (ethnic, classical, modern, rock, pop, trance, techno etc.) 
The music will guide you through 75 minutes of dancing to relax your body, to clear your mind and to energize your soul. In dancing you can find your own movements and the unique expression of your soul. Michael will share his music and experience with you.

Teacher:
Michael Schrader (born 1961) is a Body and Movement Therapist. He loves to use music as a medium to support people on their way to their own light/fire/power inside, to enjoy the own body in movements and to improve self healing. He is trained for 5 years in music and dance therapy at a dance therapy institute in Germany and is experienced with the work of  Kay Hofman, Gabriele Roth, Anne Halprin and Rolando Toro. Together with his wife he did regularly body psychotherapy seminars in Germany before he partly moved to Crete. He also loves to use the melody and the rhythm to offer sound bowl Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Somatoemotional Release (SE). He is a certified physiotherapist and member of the German Upledger Society.

Location:
The programs will take place at the Orizon Center at Akrimios that can be found near the 11 km on the National Road between Rethymno & Chania, Crete, opposite the turn to Aptera.

Program costs: 
The cost is €5 each time to cover the expenses.
